Helen Chau established FranNet's first presence in China based in Shanghai. After a successful career working for a US multi-national company for more than 10 years, Helen Chau decided to take her career to the next level by becoming a business owner with FranNet, helping companies and investors find the right franchise business for them.
Prior to joining FranNet, Helen worked for Sun Microsystems as the Regional Manager for Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong. She traveled frequently and extensively in the region to assist Sun's expansion program in Asia. Helen is skilled in management, negotiations and focused on achieving results for her clients. For her dedication and commitment to customer service she was awarded the Customer Service Excellence Award in 1993 and Management Spot Light Award in 2002.
Helen's experience with doing business in China started 20 years ago when her family established a manufacturing business in China. Over the years she and her family built strong relationships in the Chinese business community and established a valuable network of doing business effectively in China.
With her multi-lingual skills, her experience of having lived and worked in China, plus her international background, Helen is fully equipped to assist international franchises who plan to expand their business to a 1.3 billion people market in China, and Chinese investors looking for the right franchise business.

Catherine’s interest in entrepreneurship and franchising is anchored in her family’s involvement in the franchising and licensing industry in Indonesia.

Prior to joining FranNet Catherine worked as a consultant in McKinsey and Co., one of the world’s largest management consulting firm. She brings with her the experience and relevant skills to guide and assist individuals and companies in Indonesia to find and select the right franchise business for them.

Lilian is dedicated to offer advise and counsel to entrepreneurs and companies who are exploring business ownership opportunities in a franchise or franchise development.
After joining FranNet, LiLian was based in the US office and during that period she traveled in the US to meet many franchisors that want to expand into Asia.
Prior to joining FranNet in Kuala Lumpur, she worked in the Hyatt Regency and the Chataux Gutsch hotel in Luzern, Switzerland and acquired skills in marketing, sales and project management.
LiLian lived in German and Switzerland for five years to study German and Spanish and to complete her BA in Hospitality and Tourism management at the famous Glion Hotel School.
Armed with her international experience, multi – language skills and her dedication to help others succeed in business ownership, she has successfully worked with Malaysian companies and professionals to make informed decisions on franchising opportunities using the proven and effective FranNet system.
