I just arrived back to the U.S. from traveling to Asia on a combined franchising trade mission as a Department of Commerce and IFA event in Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong.  While in Asia, I was able to visit Lilian Lim in FranNet Malaysia who had thirteen appointments for me.  I accompanied Lilian to a popular television news station who called her at the last moment requesting she come for a live interview.  Although I did not understand anything except "FranNet" she conducted herself very professionally and was a great representative of FranNet. 

I spent several days in Shanghai, China, where Helen, FranNet Shanghai had eleven appointments scheduled.  While visiting Helen, she made me feel a part of the family.  We went to dinner with her husband and son and they showed me Shanghai and even found enough time to take me on a shopping trip.  This truly helped me understand the culture.  Soo Kong Lim has worked well with us during this process and has proved to be extremely professional and dedicated.
